I was very impressed with their website and the way they treated me when they were selling me their Smart Tracker, but that was the end of the good experience. After suffering for two weeks, two replacement units and hours on the phone with customer service they told me that their units don't work in many rural areas. Brad in customer service was very, very rude (as if it was my fault). I returned the product and it took them weeks to issue a refund. Very quick to take my money and very slow to return it. A very slick website and a very poor product. Overall a very bad experience.

Slick website and friendly sales people. I bought a unit and it didn't work. They sent me a second unit and it didn't work either. Then they sent me a new Sim card and it didn't work. Eight frustrating days, and more than 3 hours on the phone with technical support. Then, late Friday afternoon before Memorial Day I was on the phone with technical support desperately trying to resolve the issues and I was disconnected. I called back and someone named Brad answered the phone and rudely told me that he didn't care what my problem was or who I wanted to talk to; that it was quitting time and everyone was gone home. Absolutely unbelievable. On top of everything else, the sales guy told me that their GPS systems don't work in lots of different areas. A GPS that doesn't work everywhere is like a calculator that gives you the right answer most of the time. Utterly useless. Apparently you must live in a large urban area for their tracking systems to work. It would be nice if they would tell you this before you wasted a week of your life trying to work with a poor quality product.

It's nice to the website that I designed for rmtracking.com reviewed here, thanks for that! We put a lot of thought into the layout and user friendly navigation.

The Team over at Rocky Mountain Tracking are definitely the #1 source to go to for Hidden GPS products, they have the best products and knowledge! I Highly recommend them!

Nice job on this review! I purchased a GPS tracking device from Rocky Mountain Tracking. I would like to add to what's already been said by saying, they not only have a nice looking website and a good product, they went above and beyond to take care of me after the sale.
